I’m Heidi, a producer, writer, social media content creator, etc based in San Francisco.

I graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in English in 2022, where I made videos for the admissions office and managed the Harvard Art Museums Instagram. I also wrote a novel as my thesis that I am still revising.

Currently, I am on a creative sabbatical making lattes as a part-time barista and rewriting my novel.

Previously, I was a technology consultant at the largest entertainment and media focused consulting group. Before that, I worked in communications at Harvard College, was part of the marketing team for Lionsgate, and interned on the sets of The Ellen Show and Conde Nast Entertainment.

Whether on a digital media shoot with a TV cast, figuring out the tent pole film release with a marketing team, or chatting up a regular at the cafe, I love dreaming, i.e. collaborating, with others, led with empathy, curiosity, and integrity, towards a broader vision. My goal with anything I create is to tell a story to a larger audience that will uplift marginalized communities. It’s part of why I’m working on a Chinese American coming-of-age novel: I believe it’s the story I’d want to tell my younger self.

In a past life, I was a beauty and lifestyle influencer, and columnist for my local paper. You can find me here, exploring coffee shops in Russian Hill, or often on a very long walk (most recently, in Central France; next, the Camino?).

My C/V is available upon request.
